The department adopted a Statement on Values, Conduct, and Conflict Resolution. We reaffirm that all students, staff, and faculty have a right to a safe and respectful professional environment. We are committed to a culture of civility, respect, and accountability. We are committed to supporting all individuals who have experienced harassment or bullying, and/or been impacted by unethical behavior.

Individuals who feel that they have been harassed, bullied, or otherwise victimized are encouraged to report this behavior. An individual may choose to disclose the information to faculty members within the department, such as:

Alternatively, individuals may report to one of the following sources outside the department:

Faculty, staff, and graduate student employees share responsibility for reporting sexual harassment directly to the University Title IX Office by emailing: civilrights@tamu.edu. All employees are responsible for reporting information when alleged or suspected discrimination, sexual harassment or retaliation is experienced, observed, or made known.
