Biography
BS and PhD (1972) Chemistry degrees from Texas A&M. R&D career with Dow Chemical (26 yrs) in product and process development for thermoset and thermoplastic polymers including corporate basic research. R&D group and laboratory management led to becoming an R&D Director and member of U.S. and Global business teams plus being stationed at Los Alamos National Lab (3 yrs). After retirement took position (8 yrs) with Texas A&M University System as Business Development Director in the Office of Technology Commercialization with focus on start-ups and spin-outs of A&M technology. Continue to work in consulting, agriculture/land stewardship, and A&M student activity support.
