Cynthia McCasland

Cindy joined the college in July 2023 as an Inventory & Property Control Coordinator III.  Prior to that, she spent seven years with Financial Management Operations and Property Management. She has worked for the State of Texas since 2008.  Cindy’s experience includes purchasing, travel, pro cards, Construction in Progress, Gifts in Kind Donations, transfers, and much more.  She earned a bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University, as well as an Associate in Applied Science in Business Management and Associate in Applied Science in Financial Accounting. In addition, Cindy is a Certified Property Specialist (CPPS), accredited by the National Property Management Association (NPMA).
